Sugar Flower + Fondant Decoration

BOOK NOW for July 20 + July 21.

In this class you will learn how to :

1. Learn how to ganache and cover a fondant cake (DEMO only). Students will cover their own dummy cake with fondant icing.
2. Make a large whimsical sugar rose, and smaller roses, and leaves, in different shapes and colours.
3. Learn how to use mesh stencils using royal icing 
4. Take home your finished cake

Class includes all materials and supplies required, and a light lunch with refreshments throughout the day.
