Jessica Ting- Founder & Cake Artist
Jessica is a pastry chef and cake artist passionate about transforming flour and sugar into edible art. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, she began her journey in fine dining kitchens before discovering her love for cake design. What started in her tiny Sydney apartment in 2008 soon became Miss Shortcakes — a name synonymous with elegance, creativity, and craft.
Based in Kuala Lumpur since 2011, Jessica has built a reputation for designing bespoke cakes that balance flavor, beauty, and heart. She continues to push boundaries in her craft while serving a diverse clientele, from Malaysia’s royal families to everyday cake lovers.
