How To Order

  1. Placing my order

    You can order through our online shop at any time. Just browse through our products—cake style, flavours, designs, and other delicious items. Some products are ready-made while others require advance notice. You’ll receive an email once your order is accepted and confirmed.

  2. What are my payment options?

    We use the secure SenangPay gateway. We accept credit/debit cards, e-wallets, e-banking, and for overseas transactions, Stripe.

  3. Do you provide cake knife and candles?

    Yes. All retail cakes include 1 plastic knife and 1 metallic candle. For extra candles, use the “add-on option” on the product page or visit our Candles & Cake Decorations page.

  4. Can I add a personalised message on the cake?

    Yes! Visit our Cake Accessories page to select your message style. Add your personalised text in the checkout comments. Charges apply.

  5. How far in advance can I place my order?

    You can place orders up to 1 month before your delivery or pickup date.

  6. Can I change my order once it is placed?

    You can make changes up to 48 hours before delivery or pickup if it’s within your paid price range. For large or last-minute changes, call +603-27333117. For cancellations or refunds, refer to our “Cancellation & Refund Policy” page.

Sizing, Pricing & Flavours

  1. What is the weight of your cakes?

    We measure cakes by width (inches), not weight, as it varies by flavour and decoration.

  2. How many layers do your retail cakes have?

    6" and 7" cakes have 3 layers, while 9" cakes have 2 layers, except cheesecakes and designer cakes.

  3. What is your portion size?

    • 6-inch: Feeds approx. 8–12
    • 7-inch: Feeds approx. 12–16
    • 9-inch: Feeds approx. 16–25
  4. Do you have vegan/gluten-free options?

    We offer limited eggless and gluten-free options upon special request.

Delivery, Pick-up & Shipping

  1. How do you deliver your cakes?

    We deliver via Lalamove. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. For self-pickup, you may arrange your own courier.

  2. Can I arrange pickup using third-party e-hailing?

    Yes, but we’re not responsible for damages. For whole cakes or cupcakes, choose car service for safe transport.

  3. Do you deliver retail products on Sunday?

    Yes, we are open every Sunday, however some public holidays we may close. Please check our socials for updates. 

  4. What are your delivery charges & areas?

    We deliver across Klang Valley and Selangor within Lalamove’s coverage. Charges depend on your entered address.

Cake Storage & Transport

  1. Can I store my cake overnight if I pick up in advance?

    Yes, keep the cake in a sealed box in your fridge to avoid odours or damage.

  2. What’s the best way to transport my cake for self-pickup?

    Place the cake on a flat surface in your car. Avoid seats, as their tilt can cause sliding.

  3. How long can my cake last in the fridge?

    Up to one week (4 days for Princess Cake and Ultimate PGM), but we recommend consuming within 3 days for best taste.

  4. Are cakes best eaten directly from the fridge?

    No, allow 60 minutes at room temperature before serving. Butter-based cakes soften for a better texture.
