This is a stunning cake, topped with whole juicy strawberries, imported from either Korea or Strawberry (depending on availability). It's covered with Swiss meringue buttercream in a soft latte colour.
Inside are 3 French vanilla cake layers with more Swiss Meringue buttercream and strawberry compote.
Pictured here is a 10" cake or 4.5kg, sufficient for 60 pax.
