A classic European dessert, called the Princess cake. Enrobed in homemade marzipan, and layered with fluffy sponge cake, Chantilly Cream, Creme Patissiere and raspberry compote. This cake is light and very delicious, especially when eaten with the marzipan. Comes in a clear transparent box, with ribbon (photo is just an example only)
